A white entrepreneur is one that has higher needs, higher understanding and the right approach of doing business. He has customer centric-approach with long-term perspectives. He works with desire of love and self-esteem and is self-sufficient. His growth is steady in all markets and lives longer time. He is very cautious about customer needs and delivers the product after stringent analysis.

Black entrepreneur is motivated to get immediate success in terms of money and social status. He is mostly influenced by greed. He believes in hit and run approach or first hit with short-term perspectives. Instead of working through customer, he looks for government support. He always tries to create circumstances that lead to monopolize his product. His growth is fast in developing markets, but might decline as market gets developed.
