Whenever the religion strikes, first it takes the destructive form and than it starts it constructive activities. Revivalism is always the evolution from degradation. The same is happening with Islamism.

Today if Islamism is accused of having fundamentalism approach than we need to look at the past history. If we look at the growth of Christianity, it is fully filled with fundamentalist approach towards the freedom of society. It has played a vital role in exploitation or persecution of non-Christians.

Neither there is any need to justify any evil activities. But humanity always follows its own way of creating peace through means of war. This war like approach of Islamism is the sign of desire for peace. It can be considered that Islamism is killing itself so that it can have new birth.

Terrorism or strict non-adherence to materialism can be said to evolving from Islamism. But there may be a need to do so to hold the proper grounding in its own self. India and China are an illuminating example towards the whole world that how they are emerging from the darkness into the light. The world needs to have compassionate and helpful hands towards Islamic countries so that they can evolve from the period of darkness.
